The Nigeria minister of Labour and Employment, Dr. Chris Ngige has announced that there will be an urgent dialogue with the residents doctors of various teaching hospitals who are on indefinite strike which was started yesterday, tomorrow.
While convening the meeting the leadership of the National Association of Resident Doctors (NARD), the minister said that Federal Government would hold meeting on Wednesday by 12 noon instead of the November 2 as earlier planned.

had reached an agreement with the Federal Ministry of Health

Earlier, the Minister of Health, Prof. Isaac Adewole directed that the government hospitals should make use of youth corps in place of striking doctors while the FG holds talk with them.
