(ii)Payment of Acceptance fee of N30,000.00
between now and December 31, 2016
(iii)Submission of copies of the credentials by
the admitted candidates at the
admissions office, Academic Affairs Unit
forscreening/verification for the purpose of
giving authority to pay tuition fee and issuance
of matriculation number between November 14,
2016 and February 3, 2017. The credentials are;
a.LAUTECH admission letter, printed from the
university's website
b.JAMB admission letter printed from the
jamb website
c.Acceptance fee receipt
d.JAMB/UTME Result Slip
e.PDS Result Slip (in the case of PDS candidates)
f.O’ Level
Result(s) --- (NECO/ WAEC/ NABTEB
copy used for SCREENING only)
g.OND/HND/First degree Result (Direct Entry
candidates only)
(iv)Medical examination (i.e. X-ray which is to be
done in LAUTECH Health Centre) and other
medical tests can be done by the candidates at
any recognized Government/ Public hospitals
and then obtain Medical Clearance at the
University Health Centrebetween January 4 and
February 3, 2017.
(vi)Payment of tuition fee of N65,500.00 (for
Oyo and Osun States indigenes)/ N73,000.00 (for
candidates from other states) which includes
Student Union fee of N500.00 as approved by
Senate, using any inter switch enabled Debit
Cards to enable you continue your registration
process online at
http://portal.lautech.edu.ng/
fresher website
between December 1, 2016 and
January 3, 2017.
(vii)Completion of the online registration forms
between January 4 and February 3, 2017.
(viii)Registration exercise at designated Units of
the University such as the Academic Affairs Unit
of the Registry, Faculty, department and the
University Library between January 4 and
February 26, 2017.
(ix)Collection and submission of Student's File in
the Academic Affairs Unit of the Registry
between January 16 and April 28, 2017. The
Student's File must contain the under-listed
items;
(1)Reference letters from two reputable
personalities such as senior public officer, cleric,
lawyer etc
(2)Sworn affidavit of good behavior.
(3)JAMB result slip
(4)PDS result slip (where applicable)
(5)JAMBadmission letter
(6)LAUTECHadmission letter
(7)Online acceptance fee payment receipt
(8)Online tuition fee payment receipt
(9)Brief biodata
(10)Personal information form
(11)O’level
result(s) (as vetted and stamped at
Academic Affairs Unit)
(12)Medical clearance –
original copy
(13)Birth certificate
(14)Oath of allegiance
(15)Completed dress code form
(16)State Identification form duly signed and
stamped
(17)Evidence of change of name (if married).
(18)Student Handbook payment receipt
