For a Hausa man, he believes once you are human, we are all created by God so there is no need to discriminate. So no matter their position in the country, they eat together in the same plate and sit on the same mat spread. That certainly is the “spirit of love”.

Elujoba, who is standing trial for financial impropriety levelled against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission(EFCC) was set free from EFCC custody by Justice David Oladimeji on self recognition.
Elujoba’s freedom, however, came with a clause that prevents him from travelling beyond the shore of Nigeria when the case lasted, making him to surrender his passport to the court.
Meanwhile, Mrs Josephine Akeredolu, who was the Bursar at the time Elujoba held sway as the Acting V.C, and also arraigned alongside the the former Acting V.C was granted bail with the sum of fifty million naira and two sureties, who are to be high ranking members of the academic or non-academic staff of the university, in like sum.
The development expectedly ignited a profound jubilation among the staff and students of the ivory tower, who have come to the court in solidarity with Elujoba.
DAILY POST had earlier reported that the university don was brought before Justice Oladimeji of Osun State High Court sitting in Ede by the EFCC on Tuesday.
Oladimeji after listening to both sides of the argument had ordered Elujoba to be remanded in prison pending the hearing of the case which he adjourned to July 19.
The judge was later compelled to reverse himself after a violent protest by the staff and students of the university who came to the court premises to pledge their unalloyed support and loyalty to the former Acting V.C.
Oladimeji quickly changed the adjournment date to July 14, while Elujoba was kept at the EFCC custody instead of Ilesa prison earlier ordered.
